Our Client Dimitris Kyriakou former owner of Ulysses Ltd was convicted by the district court for perverting the court of justice.

Poutziouris Law Firm on appeal overturned the conviction at the Supreme Court and created legal precedent. It was held that the District court overlooked serious evidence when it made its decision. Furthermore legal precedent was set with regards to the staying of criminal procedures against a party to a civil trial until the civil proceedings are complete.
